This development of three single-family homes is based on a parcel subdivision of an existing hillside 6.5-acre lot in Agoura Hills, LA County. Approximately 65% of the lot is covered with dense vegetation, and existing large oak trees are carefully integrated with the new development and will not be impacted. The three 4,000 SF – 5,500 SF two-story houses and a common horse stable with an associated corral area are being accessed by a shared driveway, which follows an existing dirt road. The three estates are situated on the site to accommodate private patios and gardens and to establish individual representative addresses.
