bau10 is a creative full-service studio for architecture, interior design, planning and entitlement services located in Los Angeles, California with an associate office in Berlin, Germany. bau10 was founded in 2002 and is working since then internationally with a focus on small and large scale residential  projects, urban planning and land development. Our designs come from a thorough analysis of use, place and context, and lead to individual answers with an emphasis on sustainability in construction, technology, material and function.
