We are working in a close environment with civil, mechanical, electrical and structural engineers, geologists, biologists, LEED® accredited professionals, real estate agents and contractors. We offer a variety of design services from small scale remodels and additions, interiors, single-family residences, to large scale residential land developments and master-planning. We also specialize in certificate of compliance applications and creation deed research, small lot subdivisions and lot line adjustments within LA County. Our professional staff has outstanding experience in working close with local governing agencies and communities. bau10 has over 10 years of professional experience in  sustainable real estate and land development within the Santa Monica mountains environment.
In addition to local work the team has many years of experience in working professionally in Germany and Europe, and contributed in several large scale real estate development projects & private residences.
