We are working in a close environment with civil, mechanical, electrical and structural engineers, geologists, biologists, LEED® accredited professionals, real estate agents and contractors. We offer a variety of design services from small scale remodels and additions, interiors, single-family residences, commercial spaces, adaptive re-use projects, to large scale land developments and master-planning. We also specialize in certificate of compliance applications and creation deed research, small lot subdivisions and lot line adjustments within LA County. Our proactive partners and professional staff have outstanding experience in working close with local governing agencies and communities. bau10 has over 8 years of professional experience in  sustainable real estate and land development within the Santa Monica mountains environment.
In addition to their local work the two partners have many years of experience in working professionally in Germany and Europe, and contributed in several large scale real estate development projects & private residences.
